My practice is predominately collage based and is concerned with the renewal of unwanted printed materials to re-articulate the everyday. I have been manipulating these images in a surreal nature, and infusing them with digital media to create hybrid landscapes, animations, books and interactive artworks. My aim is to bring collage materials to life  in an imaginary setting to form poetic assemblages and strong visual narratives. I do this to entertain my viewer, feed their imaginations and provide an alternate reality that seeks to encourage renewal and positive change. These ideas also present them selves within my drawings, paintings and etchings, where imagination becomes the main medium. In addition to this I really enjoy working with community groups and using my practice to inspire others, through workshops, community events and projects.
